First off let me begin by saying I would highly recommend this place 10/10 to get your car serviced and fixed. I got my transmission replaced last year and have not had any issues. Once you walk in, you are greeted by a representative and it is also very clean inside. I would like to thank Mr. Frank for his incredible customer service. It was amazing, he broke everything down in a way where I understood what was happening with my vehicle in addition he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A couple of days ago I went to get more service done on my vehicle and they treat you like family. This establishment does not try to just take your money, they want to make sure the job is done correctly the first time. If you or anyone are having issues with your vehicle, I recommend AAMCO 100% you will not be disappointed with anything.
Came to do an oil change today and Frank was an amazing person he explained everything about the difference between the oil and which is better to use. Do to our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT uses Semi Synthetic Oil. We really appreciated all his help in explaining it all. Great customer service I would recommend to family and friends. A previous mechanic at a big company quoted me $900 to do all my breaks because they needed to be changed ASAP. I told them I could afford it and they wanted me to signup for a credit card and guilt tripped me terribly for not being concerned for my own safety. Fast forward, I brought it here to AAMCO and they were straightforward and told me that my brakes looked fine and didn’t need to be done for quite awhile. In a time where everything is hard in the economy and morale can be low, these men were honest and fair. I appreciate that so much!
